right clicking on file name in My Documents

When I right click on a file in My Documents (or My Computer, for that
matter) to access that menu, the whole screen dissolves and returns me to
the original desktop.

Anybody got an easy fix?

I believe it is easy to fix it, do not worry about it, someone is on the
way...........
