Right Clicking on Certain Files Lags the Window

I don't know what's wrong.

I also don't know what may have caused this to happen.

The problem is that whenever I right-click files of a certain type,
particularly .mp3, .wma, .wmv, and basically every other file (not
application, exe, etc.), or even attempt to cut or copy by ctrl-x or ctrl-c,
the folder window freezes up for around 20 seconds. Usually the ctrl commands
will have cut or copied the file so I can do what I will them but the context
menu usually doesn't show at all.

After this happens the folder works fine again.

I have Windows XP Tablet PC Edition and am fully updated. Any other info I
can provide to help diagnose and eventually fix this problem will be given
upon request mostly because I don't know what else to provide here.

Right-clicking problems are often caused by third-party extensions in
