Right click will not "save image as"

When I right click an image to "save image as" a window opens showing where the file will be saved and the file type but then nothing happens. When I look in the folder nothing is there. Changing folder/file type does not help.

What program are you using when you right click the picture.
 
I'm using Netscape 7.1 (preferred browser) and it does seem to work with Internet Explorer. I discovered that after my message.
