microsoft knowledge base article 824136

I seem to be having what is described in

but do not know how to get the hotfix being mentioned in
this article.

My Win XP PRO Lattitude c600 is crashing (explorer) and
sending an error report to microsoft when I do a right
click on a network object and select properties (e.g. to
change IP address)
This is what I get if I view the report contents being
sent

I am at a loss....

AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1221 ModName:
ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1217 Offset: 00019ecd

Any help will be appreciated.

What do you mean, you don't know how to get the hotfix? It is very
clearly explained in the article: call Microsoft to get the hotfix. You
won't be charged unless you request tech support on anything other than
this one covered issue.
