Normally when there is a accelerator for the Open option in the context menu
that will appear dark at the top. If there is not then it may appear
alphabetically in the list. You really have no control over how the listing
appears. If you want the Search option gone entirely that will take some
registry surgery. I wouldn't do it. For example right-click Downloaded
Program Files in C:\Windows. Notice no Search... That is because the
registry for that folder (it is a type of System folder) is missing the
erntries that bring up the search. Find the CLSID for that folder and you
will see how Search... can be removed.
