right click not working

My right ckick stopped working after loading SP2 was
working this afternoon,after reboot,when I right click on
anything in the start menu or all programs nothing
sometimes I get a ghost flicker.Right click works on the
desktop,and in web pages,just not in the start menu.IE:
my music,my documents,my pictures,my computer,all
programs,any program inside of it,any program in the
list.How can I fix it?Allready tried Kelly's fixes and
none work.
 
If no shortcut menu appears and the menu flashes, the Enable Dragging And
Dropping check box has been cleared. This option enables shortcut menus and the
drag-and-drop capability.

To enable the option, right-click the Start button, choose Properties, and then
click Customize. If you're using the default Start menu, click the Advanced tab
and then, in the Start Menu Items box, select Enable Dragging And Dropping.
(If you're using the classic Start menu, the option appears in the Advanced
Start Menu Options box in the Customize Classic Start Menu dialog box.)
 
Wow thanks Kaylene,that fixed it,I checked in there for
right click properties but never would have guessed
dragi+drop was the problem,thanks so much.
