right click menu problem

A rather undesirable web site has put a link it the menu
you get when you right click (back, save as wallpaper...)
the IE main screen. how do I remove this link???

Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and click on the plus (+) sign in front of MenuExt. Right click the subkey
representing what you want to get rid of and select Delete.
 
ToolbarCop removes the Toolbars, Toolbar buttons and unwanted
menu-extensions from Internet Explorer. It does not remove the spyware from
the system entirely. It is advisable to run Ad-Aware scan
(www.lavasoftusa.com), if the toolbar entries are not removed.
