Right-click menu on files is very slow.

When I right-click on a file, it takes 10-15 seconds to come up. I've
read about people having similar problems after 1/7/2004 on
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Operating_Systems/WinXP/Q_20806132.html
due to Verisign certificate. I've tried following when they've come up
with but to no avail.

Anyone have any idea how to fix it or at least troubleshoot this?

Does this happen on ALL files or just particularly large ones? (e.g. music,
films etc)

Happens on all files.
