Right-click menu does not refresh.

When I right click anywhere the menu does not display. If
I scroll the mouse over where the menu was supposed to
appear then I see the menu options.

Any ideas??
 
I would suspect the video card driver is the issue here. Thy getting an
updated one from the videocard manufacturers website and install in.
