Right Click is not working on my Desktop

When I right-click on my Desktop; nothing is happening. Also, the same
problem when I try to used the right-click in my Document and in my folders.
However, it is working on a web page (internet explorer).

Right-click issues are often caused by third-party software putting
entries into the context menu. You can troubleshoot that with the free
ShellExView program. Disable the non-Microsoft context menu entries and
see if that solves the issue. If it does, enable them one at a time
until you find the culprit.
