right click functions ghosted

When I right click on a file or picture to download it, the following functions are ghosted (grey) and cannot be accessed. How do I get them to function correctly? "Save target as", "Print target", "Cut", "Paste".

Content Advisor blocks some of the right click menu items found on a web
page: Save Target As and Print Target.

Cut won't be active unless something has been selected, after that happens,
Paste becomes an active choice.
