Greetings. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I currently ran into
a problem on my computer with virus's and worms. I did a search through this
website and found a bunch of helpful tools including the Stinger, Ad-Aware
and such. But I can't seem to get all the virus's and worms off my computer
for some reason. I am assuming this corresponds with my right click/drop down
menu problem.

I have what seems to be an active websit desktop (I believe thats what its
called), where I have this big red dasktop picture with a link to a
spyware/antivirus program dealer. I can't right click or bring the drop down
menu using the keyboard key on any icon or on the desktop. I can do it in
the task manager (since I finally got that working thanks to the useful
information on this website) and also on the task menu. I can even do it in
the start menu. I managed to get into the display options through the
control panel and the Desktop tab is basically useless. It shows the basic
Background/Browse/Position etc but its all greyed out. I can get into the
Customize Desktop button below the background selection but there isn't any
active web content being displayed. The Background image on my desktop is
the icon of a webpage (the e with a page behind it) but I have no idea how to
remove that. It just seems that lots of areas of my computer have been locked
out to me. I have tried a system restore and it hasn't worked. I have went
back as far as a month and it says it can't do anything. So needless to say I
have spent about 9 hours now trying to get this fixed on my own just surfing
around on this site looking for answers. I am currently stumped and begging
for help hehe.

Thank you again for taking the time to read this and any help would be
greatly appreciated since I can't seem to make anymore headway with this
problem. Take care and hope to hear from someone soon.
