Right click delay

When I select an MP3 or a RAR file (or any other "associated" file)
by right-clicking it, I experience a delay of 5-10 seconds before the
context menu appears. I've set the menu display time to 0 in the
registry, and right-clicking folders works fine.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance
 
do you have norton antivirus????? as the updates sometimes
will cause a slow down on right click from update to update.
