right click brings up a lot of old "send to" folders

When I right click a folder and choose 'send to', there are 3 folders for my
PDA's synced folder. Only one of them works, the other two, some how didn't
get removed from this list when I deleted the partnership with those old
PDAs. Is there a way I can go into the register and remove them from that
list or something?

You could try and delete them from the

C:\Documents and Settings\<YourAccountName>\SendTo

folder.
