When I press the right botton over a file (pdf, doc, rar, zip, mp3, etc...) the system down during 2 min. aprox

The same when open a window and click over menu "Files

the same when I copy-cut a fil

Try going to IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced options tab and
disable third-party browser extensions.
