right border disappearing from buttons

I've been creating web pages in Microsoft Publisher and saving them as HTML to open in Frontpage. I was creating pages and all of my content was coming out fine and then I created a page on Publisher, moved it over to Frontpage, and all of the borders that I had put around my buttons were there except for the right side. I have no idea because I have some pages that the borders are fine and others where they are cut off on the right side. The big problem is that I did not change anything about the work I was doing, no settings and I have done everything the exact same on each page but some work and some do not. Please help if you have any ideas. Thanks.
 
Publisher is a 'print' publication tool where as Frontpage is an 'online'
publication tool. They are not exactly hand-in-glove compatible with each other.

I'd design the whole site in Frontpage, and design your buttons in a image editor
rather than in Publisher.

Are you talking about line, textbox, page borders, or word art borders??

have you uploaded the site yet so we could take a look to see what it is you
