Help!
I sent a previous message but nothing seemed to happen
once I clicked send so I'm trying again.
I am having a problem with Rich Text. I can type and send
messages using plain text with my hotmail account.
However, once I put the Rich Text Editor on, I cannot even
get into the box to type a message. The tool bar for Rich
text does come up..Bold, Font, Underline etc.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Internet
Explorer 6.0 numerous times. I have also deleted
temporary internet files as suggested by MSN support e-
mails. One MSN support even suggested once I bring up my
hotmail account to click on TOOLS, then click on Rich Text
in order to type in Rich Text! DUH!!!
I am using Windows XP.
