I am already paying $30 per annum for Hotmail Plus. I hear that it's now
being offered for $20, and I am being asked to pay $55 per annum for OUTLOOK
LIVE.

I feel a bit cheated by Microsoft, and it's not "good value".

What about offering a discount to Hotmail Plus customers? (I have been a
loyal Microsoft customer for years, and I don't feel I am getting rewarded
for that)

Also, to offer an additional 3% discount to "genuine MS" customers is
pathetic. Is that how much value Microsoft places on it's customers' use of
original product?

You can continue to use your current version of Outlook with Hotmail Plus.

It's been requested... but I don't know if they are listening. :) AFAIk,
they won't refund unused plus service if you get mool either.

Dear Brian, I know that I can keep using Hotmail Plus, but that was not my
question or frustration. My point is regarding the billing aspect. I have
already sunk $30 into annual fee of Hotmail Plus, now, if I would go into
Outlook Live they would ask me for $55 extra, but they throw in the Hotmail
Plus, whic I already have. So logically, they should offer me a discount to
account for the fact that I had alread bought Hotmail Plus. But they don't.

I never said "you can keep using Hotmail Plus". I said "you can continue
using your current Outlook". You don't need Outlook Live unless you want
it.
