Reviewing, always at start op!!!

How do i TURN OFF "Reviewing" when word/office 2003 starts up?
I DONT want "Insertions and Deleations" on default
I DONT want "Formatting" on default

Does anyone know hove to turn it off permanently (Remembering my personal settings

If this is on when Word starts up with a blank document then

- It's likely "Track changes" is activated in your Normal.dot
template

- And/or changes in it have not been accepted/rejected

In this case, try renaming Normal.dot to NormalOLD.dot.
