We are using Excel XP and 2003. Is there a way to print
in reverse order ie. printing the last page first ending
with the first one (just like you can do in Word). I'm
not talking about changing from printing Top-to-bottom to
printing left-to-right.

Cheers.

This is possible perhaps with your File, Print, Printer-Options-Button
Look for "Print-In-Reverse-Order"; Done.

Sorry but in my Excel 2003, there is no "Printer Options"
button. I tried to click the "Properties" button but
couldn't find "the Print-In-Reverse-Order" button.
However in Word 2003, there IS a "Printer Options" button
when you do File, Print.

Depending of what OS you are using, in XP it is start>settings>properties
and printing preferences,
check back to front, or from excel>page setup>page and options and check
back to front

I went into print, print proprties;layout; in the lower right quadrant is a check box "print last page first"
