That is not an issue with Outlook (and you never mentioned WHICH version
of Outlook that you have). That is an issue with Word. You chose to
use Word as your e-mail editor rather than use the embedded editor
included within Outlook. Ask in a newsgroup for Word. Most likely is
that you have an option enabled to show special characters, like
paragraphing control codes, in the view you are using to show your
documents in Word.
So, click the Pilchrow mark (¶) in the toolbar of Word when you compse your
next message.
