Reverse a windows service alert

I accidently didnt allow HP software when trying to
donwload, and now I cant download and it shows nothing in
the block areas but has this Message in the log (has
decided to block the Windows service HP DeskJet
C:\DOCUME~1\PRINST~1.VSP\LOCALS~1\Temp\hpdj00.exe from
being added.) How to I reverse this so I can now load my
HP Software?

Go to Tools > Real Time Protection > View All Blocked Events to see if its
blocked there.
