Returned messages from System Administrator

I have sent messages to several different domains/addresses and they are
returned by the System Administrator stating the recipient could not be
reached with the caption 553 sorry," that domain is not in my lists of
allowed rcpthosts". These domains are functioning properly because I have
received messages from them. Has anyone experienced this problem and what do
you recommend I do??

Make sure you're properly authenticating to your outgoing server.
