Lately I've been getting returned email that I never sent in the first place!
I've got spyware, adware, firewall, antivirus all running. Could this be the
new worm that's going around? How do I get rid of it??

This is coming from a virus infected computer that is using your address
to
spoof the From field. It's very common. As of now, all you can do is
delete them.

Does the email look like spam? If so, it could be:

1. Spammers are sending spam forged with your address as the return
address, which can result in you getting spam that is bounced.

2. Spammers are sending spam forged to resemble bounced messages.

I've had both problems from time to time. At the beginning I spent time
identifying the hosts of the sites selling the products, and complained to
them, but this proved futile because (a) the spammers changed hosts
constantly, and (b) some hosts (in China, Brazil, Korea, etc.) didn't care
because that's how they make their money, hosting spammers.

The returned mail that I have been receiving has an attachment with it that I do not open, so I have been deleting them as they come in.
