returned emails

For the past week I have been receiving email which states rturned Delivery
ststus
usually followed by address unknown etc. This morning I had 17. I've been told
some one is using my Email address to sent SPAM, wWhat do I do? Change
addresses, I have AVG anti ever thing. I'm belildered/
 
There is nothing to be done about it except wait it out.
Eventually the spammer will start using a different return address.

My advice is to just delete them. Certainly don't open them.
