Return Vavle base on statement

I have a spread sheet and in B1 is a number that is populated from a Vlookup
table and in C1 is 0 in this cell the user can change the number if they
don't agree on the number in B1. In D1 the number for B!. What I need help
with is if the number in C1 is grater then 0 return it to D1 if the number is
0 then return B1
