Return Receipts in Outlook 2000

Using Outlook 2000, can anyone tell me why all of a sudden, Return Receipts
are not being sent from my outbox to those who have requested them? The
setting in the tracking options is set to "ask me" and in the past Return
Receipts were sent out.

It is possible that the ISP for the recipient is blocking receipts since so
much of the recent spam-wars seem to generate bogus NDRs. Ask the ISP if
that is the case.
