retuning my system

A new install of Norton SystemWorks has made many unwanted changes to my
system, some of which I've forgotten how to do.
Can anyone tell me how to keep Windows Messenger from loading?
Could you remind me how to make the C drive the default (instead of My
Documents) in Windows Explorer?

Hi,

If Norton was just installed, then i would suggest uninstalling Norton and
restore the system to just prier to the install using System Restore. Then
find another anti virus application.

You are better off without Norton System Works. Same goes for most of the
Symantec home products. There are other, less resource intensive, less
invasive, more stable and in some cases free programs that do the job
better.

As Bert Kinney suggested remove NSW. If necessary go to the Symantec
website for their removal tool Afterwards do a system restore to before NSW
was installed.
