retriving files

Can anyone help!!! I've lost everything on my computer due to a virus
ransacking it . Is it possible to retrive files from the memory dump as i've
lost a few important files.

Any help would be great.
 
What did you do to the hard drive? If you formatted the hard drive, you
are going to need a good file recovery software. I recommend
www.ontrack.com , but it does cost quite a bit.
