retrieving my email msgs from Outlook 2000

Hi,

I installed a new hard disk, reinstalled XP and Outlook 2000 on my new C: drive, and now want to retrieve my email from the copy of Outlook 2000 on the other disk (now F:). Is this possible to do? I did not export my email prior to installing the new disk. I would also like to retrieve my email contacts and IE favourites somehow. Thanks in advance.

Search F: for your old *.pst files. You may have data in a couple of them, such as outlook.pst and archive.pst. They should be in the following folder:

E:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
