Retrieving messages moved to Outlook Today Mailbox

Please tell me there's a way to retrieve these messages.
I'm using Outlook 98 on a Windows 2000 machine. I had two
emails selected in my Inbox and click the "Move to Folder"
icon to move the emails to a personal folder. The "Move
Items" window popped up and I double clicked the Outlook
Today - Mailbox selection to expand the menu to find my
personal folder. Instead of expanding the menu, the two
emails were "moved" into that folder. But is it really a
folder?! I can't find the messages anywhere - I searched
my hard drive and found nothing. I stupidly made a few
more clicks before realizing that I could go to Edit>Undo
and get my emails back, but now they're lost. How do I
track them down? Where do files sent to the Outlook
Today - Mailbox selection go to? Any help is greatly
appreciated. I don't need to tell you these were
important emails. Thanks, -- Ryan

I don't remember Outlook 98 very well just because it's been a while since I
used it, but try this -

If it's not already displayed, open your Folder List by selecting Folder
List from the View menu.

Right click on the top-level, Outlook Today folder and select Properties.

Do you see a Home Page tab? If so, select it and uncheck the Show... option.
Once you hit OK, you should be able to see items in that folder.
