retrieving mail

can i get my mail thru outlook express even though i'm on
a different network?..can i get my comcast mail while i'm
away at college?

what do i put in in the servers area..mail...etc or
smtp. etc?
 
Depends on yr ISP, and I know nothing about Comcast
Your Comcast home page/tech has the details of server set up
If you only want to read yr mail, use one of the web services, if comcast
does'nt have its own. eg www.mail2web.com www.mailwasher.net
Presumably you'll also have a college mail address.
