Retrieving deleted messages

Is there any way to retrieve a message that was deleted
when I emptied the "deleted items folder"? I very much
need to get to this email. Help please....

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

If your "Deleted Items" folder is on an Exchange server, then yes.
Otherwise, no.

I have used the deleted items a lot in the past, and counted on it as
a safe haven for things I could file later. I would go to the
deleted items, click on tools, go to advanced find and ask it to find
now. Awaiting the magnifying glass and after a breif moment tons of
messages would show up. I understand it can hold about 1000. Today,
I have 10. What have I done? I do need these messages. Is there
another place these messages can be retrieved from? Oh, my God, am
in trouble. Please help me..........

Why in the name of all that's holy would you store things you need in the
Deleted Items folder?
