retrieving deleted email from xp?

Does anyone know how you can retrieve deleted email from
xp once it has been deleted from the deleted folder within
ms outlook/express, and out of the windows recycle bin?
Is there a way? Or can I set up another folder outside of
the persons account that can capture sent/recieved emails
wihtout them knowing?

Microsoft does not have software for this type of function. You may want
to look into some data recovery vendors or spyware.
