Retrieve Deleted Emails

The deleted emails that I am desperatly trying to retrieve
were in Outlook 2000.

Anyone. Can they be retrieved?

Please help.
 
If you deleted them and then emptied the deleted items folder, no.

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

Thanks for letting me know. It took me a while to realize
that you had replied.
