retrieve deleted email???? thanks

I just did "the stupid", I deleted some email that I NEED. Is there
any way to get them back. Please instruct s l o w l y , cause
I am not functioning correctly today. ; ) hope u can help. I
have version 5.5 thanks in advance. cl

I think seeing how he mentioned that he is not functioning correctly today
he did more that just deleted from the Inbox. Nobody is that slow and non
functional to not know he can go to the Deleted Items folder and recover.
I'm assuming he exited Outlook also and deleted from the Deleted Items
folder also. If this is the case you can recover up to 30 days. highlight
the deleted Items folder. Go to Tools\Recover Deleted Items. I t h i n k y
o u c a n h a n d l e i t f r o m h e r e.

Only if the mailbox is hosted on an Exchange server. Then, I believe the
recover items "queue" is adjustable by the Exchange admin, so it might not
be 30 days.
