Ladies/Gentlemen:

My HP desktop computer (I do not have a laptop) is connected to the Internet
via Bellsouth's ADSL, and receives email messages via Outlook Express.

When I travel (regularly), I generally use a library's Internet connectivity
to access my email messages (@bellsouth.net).

At that time, I can reply to all of my newly displayed messages. Often,
however, I am unable to provide a thorough, immediate (having to wait until
I return home to my computer) reply because previous email correspondence
containing information relevant to the subject is not displayed, and
therefore, not available for me to review.

Is there a way to access all my previous/archived email messages?

Any suggestions?

I would grateful for any and all that would help me overcome this issue.

Thank you,
Bryan

In Outlook Express, select Tools/Accounts/Mail Tab. Select the @bellsouth account and click Properties/Advanced Tab. At the bottom of that dialog box, click the "Leave message on server" option. You can set the length of time to keep the messages there.

NOTE: Some email servers do not allow this option.
