retreiving messages from Outlook express

Hello,

Bought myself a new disk, did install the disk with windows XP and leaving
all my programs
as before under my old disk under my old OS, that is w2k.
Now I would like to go inte the file directory, get the messages I had in my
outlook boxes,
and open them in outlook for windows XP.
How can I do that ?
-> the alternative ofcourse is to boot from my old disk and send the
messages to an email adress of mine
or export them ( seem not to be possible though)

any suggestions ?
