Retreiving deleted files

I inadvertently deleted my microsoft money files (I have back up floppy).I
cannot get the CD that came with Dell computer to operate and reinstall the
program.

What happens when you try? If you get any error messages, quote the
exact text. Is the cd too scratched/thrashed? If that is the case,
contact Dell for replacement.
