Retreiving deleted email

Can anone help me?
I recently, about one or or two days ago, I deleted some
very important letters and correspondence in Outlook
express using hotmail as my mail.
Is there a trick to retrieving these deleted
files..please someone must know?

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup, next time. Since it was a Hotmail
account, you deleted it from the Hotmail server. You are out of luck.
