result on lookupwizard is #Name?

Using the Lookup Wizard, with bottom "I want the Lookup...." selected,
following the promt; the result I get is #Name? instead of the list of the
other table.
 
When Access says "#Name", it means it doesn't recognize the name of the
field. Spelling counts.
