I would like to know if there is a way to restrict users
that logon to a windows 2000 machine. Other than an
administrator we would like only our team members to be
able to logon to a particular machine.

Can anybody help please?

Thanks,

Kristian

Have a look at the Local Security Policy (or Group Policy if you are using
Active Directory). In Security Settings/Local Settings/User Rights Assignment
there is a list of users and groups who can "Log on Locally". You could edit
this list, or edit the membership of one of the local groups (ie Users) on
this list to control access. You can also use the "Access This Computer from
the network" setting in a similar fashion.
