Restricting remote desktop access

I'd like to create an account for someone to log in and configure specific
programs:

- IIS
- Visual Studio
- limited access to certain directories

Is this just a matter of creating a new account, configuring its security
and then sending the person that username/password?

How do I restrict the programs a person can start?

Some programs, such as IIS, require admin rights to do certain things. How
do I get around this if I don't want the person to have admin rights but be
able to fully configure IIS?

I'd like them to only see certain folder if they open Windows Explorer and
see only certain programs in the start menu.

Thanks,
Brett

Yes, just use the Parental Controls. It'll prompt you to create an account
to assign these permissions to - they it'll give you the option of
allowing/blocking specific programs.

While I'm not all that familiar with this feature, on my system it does
allow me to specify programs that need administrative permissions to operate.
