Restricting access to a computer

We have a machine in the break room that is for staff internet use, using a
specific logon profile. Is there anyway to restrict the machine so that this
profile is the only one that can logon to the machine?
 
remove everyone elses ability in the 'logon locally' area of the local
security policy
