I have recently installed Windows XP Professional on my
computer and when the kids come round they turn on my
computer and start mucking around with the folders.

How do I set up a user name and password so that when
windows starts up it prompts you for the user name and
password and if you try to by pass it or enter the wrong
user name or password or click cancel or press escape it
will not let you in.

I hope someone can help me

If you have children, you should strongly consider purchasing
a good internet security program and enable "Parental Controls".
