Restrict Out of Office Assistant responses.

Hi,
I'm using XP SP2 and Office 2003 all patched with MS Exchange 2000.
Is there a way to restrict the Out of Office Autoreply to only reply to mail
from xyz.com and not all incoming mail?

Basically what I want to do is to only tell people in the company I work for
that I'm out of the office.
I don't wan't to confirm my e-mail address to spammers.
