restrict ie to one site

We have an application running on our intranet. I want
to restrict IE6sp1 on our win2k citrix server to one
site. So that users logging on to this server can not
browse other sites on the internet. If I restrict port
80 on the firewall they will not be able to access this
server from the internet so I thought that there must be
a policy I could set. Thanks in advance.
