Restoring user account in Windows XP Home

I removed a user account that needs to be restored.
System restore does not restore it. Is there any way I
can retrieve this?

If you opted to delete the files when you deleted the account, the data is gone. If you did not delete the files, See Help and Support and search for "take ownership"
