Restoring System

Can't manage to restore system with the recovery disc we have because errors
keep coming up when we follow instructions. Is there another way to restore
the system and can we get restored in a computer shop?
 
Yes, you can get restored in a computer shop. Expect to lay out a
minimum of $40
