Restoring Outlook as Default Email Service

About a year ago, I signed up for IncrediMail Xe. It is
currently my default email service, but I want to change
back to Microsoft Outlook. I have lots of messages in
IncrediMail that I don't want to loose, but I can't
figure out how to keep the messages, turn off
IncrediMail, and restore Outlook. Any help will be
appreciated.

without reading.
